One of LANG’s core competencies is architecting and engineering partnership programs on behalf of properties. In recent years LANG has engaged in an increasing amount of property consulting as organizations recognize that partnerships can provide significant revenue but that corporations need to see a measurable return on investment if these relationships are to be fostered.

With any property, LANG begins with an analysis of all assets. We evaluate all existing assets and recommend the creation of additional assets as necessary. When architecting the property’s go to market strategy, LANG evaluates the current marketplace and consumer appetite for the property’s message before recommending the optimal positioning for the property.

Once the property’s partnership program has been architected, LANG engineers the packaging and pricing to effectively take the property to market. As we engage corporations in initial discussions, packages are customized so that the benefits speak to the corporation’s business objectives. Assets will be matched with the corporation’s business and marketing objectives to ensure that the partnership delivers the return on investment that the company is looking for.

LANG participates in negotiations between the property and the corporation for the duration of the process, ensuring that a mutually beneficial relationship is reached. We remain engaged after the deal is signed and participate in the measurement process at the end of year one. If necessary, LANG will assist the property to renegotiate the terms of the deal with the corporation in light of measurement results.
